Types of Radial Shaft Seals

• Single Lip Radial Shaft Seals with Garter Spring: These seals are used for sealing low pressure oil separating applications. These seals are not recommended for applications where contaminants or dirt are involved.
• Single Lip Radial Shaft Seals without Garter Spring: These seals are recommended for sealing viscous fluids or grease and non-pressure medium. They can also be used for dirt or dust exclusion.
• Dual Lip (Dust Lip) with Garter Spring: These seals have additional dust lips, which are used sealing low pressure oil separating applications. The additional lip protects the main lip. The space between two lips is filled with grease to avoid shaft corrosion.
• Dual Lip (Dust Lip) without Garter Spring: These seals are used for sealing viscous fluids or grease in non-pressure medium. They can also be used for dirt or dust exclusion.
• Double Lip Radial Shaft Seals with Garter Spring: These seals are designed to separate two media.
